This is how I got into baking cupcakes....

It was my Mom's birthday and we had a party for her in a Tea garden with some close friends and I thought to make Rose Cupcakes as that was close to the theme.

I made the roses and they came out uniquely beautiful, but when I got to the icing, the colours came out all weird. When everything was put together everyone was amazed by these cupcakes and I was startled that everyone was freaking out how beautiful they are. I loved all the compliments - thank you everyone. :-)
